Plan Overview

To help you achieve your financial and retirement goals, the City and County of Honolulu (“City and County”) sponsors a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan and has chosen Voya Financial® as the administrator.

The Plan is a voluntary plan available to employees of the City and County, including individuals performing services by appointment or election for which compensation is paid. Each individual must be employed by the City and County for 20 or more hours a week and for more than 90 days per year.

This website will provide you with access to your account information and the ability to make account transactions. In addition, you can receive comprehensive Plan information, investment information, answers to frequently asked questions, investment and retirement planning educational materials, interactive calculators and the services available from Voya®.

This website is only one of the methods for you to receive information about the Plan and your account. Other services available include:

  • One-on-one meetings on a variety of issues, including enrollment, investment principles, and distribution planning.
  • Group meetings and seminars led by local Voya representatives.*
  • Toll-free access to a Retirement Readiness Service Center (call center) and 24 hour automated voice response system (VRS).
  • Timely quarterly account statements.
